Nimai's Bliss Kitchen opened in October 2014 as the area's first vegetarian restaurant. Since then, it's eclectic crew, has been serving all kinds of dishes from the homestyle lunch to cutting edge contemporary Dosa (lentil crepe) Wraps.
Bliss Kitchen's interior - once a typical Diner - was completely renovated by Hudson Valley artisans to reflect the hip element of the food while paying tribute to the growing farm to table movement The large restaurant has ample seating, private seating for up to 40 guests, & a conscious boutique.
Our signature offering is the Ayurvedic-Inspired INDIAN LUNCH. 15+ dishes including varieties of succulent vegetables, rices, alternative grains, beans & soups.
